Maca Hemp Cacao Protein Bars using @natureswayoz organic maca, hemp protein powder and cacao powder. Enjoy this healthy vegan nourishing snack! 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp of raw cacao powder @natureswayoz 
  • 2 tbsp of maca powder @natureswayoz 
  • 2 tbsp of Hemp protein powder @natureswayoz 
  • 4 tbsp of melted coconut oil  
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla powder
  • 2 tbsp of hemp seeds (optional)
  • Pinch of salt 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a food processor and blend. Then add the wet ingredients until it forms a sticky paste. 
  2. Press down in a cake tin lined with baking paper and top with extra coconut. 
  3. Keep in the fridge for one hour to set. Sprinkle with cacao nibs for added crunch!
