The Osteo-K range are made in Australia from ingredients sourced both locally and overseas.

What is Osteo-K for?

Take two tablets a day of Osteo-K to help reduce the risk of osteoporosis and build stronger bones for the future. It contains clinically trialled doses of Vitamin K2- a perfect partner to Calcium! Vitamin K2 helps increase the amount of calcium deposited in bones. Osteo-K uses the same form of Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone 7), that has been shown in recent clinical studies to help build bone density. Menaquinone 7 is considered to be a effective form of Vitamin K. The Vitamin K2 in Osteo-K also helps keep calcium away from areas where it shouldn’t be, and helps support your cardiovascular health. Osteo-K also includes Calcium & Vitamin D3 at the clinically recommended daily dose. With 600mg of Calcium in every tablet, Osteo-K can help strengthen bones and reduce the incidence of fractures and falls. It can also assist in reducing the risk of osteoporosis. Vitamin D3 assists calcium absorption to help maintain strong bones and muscles.

Osteo-K is the only supplement on the market that combines Vitamin K2, Vitamin D and Calcium all at clinically trialled doses for bone support.

Who is using Osteo-K?

  • Adults 18+ who want to help maintain and build bone strength

Under The Microscope

Vitamin K2 is a beneficial form of Vitamin K for bones. Unlike Vitamin K1 which is used to activate blood clotting proteins, Vitamin K2 is beneficial for activating proteins which help bind calcium to bones. Vitamin K2 is found in food but not in anywhere near the concentration found in Osteo-K. Taking Osteo-K helps boost daily intake of vitamin K2 to support bone health.
