Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily or as reccommended by your health professional. Drink plenty of water. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding - seek the advice of a health professional before taking this product.

Ingredients

Each hard capsule contains: Lactobacillus plantarum Lp-115® 25.5 billion cfu, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG 20 billion cfu, Bifidobacterium lactis HN019™ 2.5 billion cfu, Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04® 2 billion cfu (Total Probiotics 50 billion cfu), Inulin 30mg.
