You have to be careful when using sauces, seasonings and vitamin and mineral supplements as some of them could contain gluten as well.

It’s important to note if you do go gluten free you can have some nutritional deficiencies. Try and look for gluten free foods that have been fortified with vitamins to prevent this happening.
