Superfood Bliss Balls

Makes 12


  • 3 tbs NW Super Coconut Oil
  • 1 handful of desiccated coconut
  • 4 tbs NW Super Cacao
  • ¼ cup dried blueberries
  • ¼ cup goji berries
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tbs vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • desiccated coconut, to coat


Blend the ingredients in a food processor. While blending, add a tiny bit of water and it will turn into a wet cookie-dough consistency. Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls and refrigerate.
