INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup oats
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp psyllium husk
- 1 scoop Choc or cookies and cream protein powder
- 2 tsp Super Greens & Cacao superfood powder
- 1 Tbsp sugarfree drinking chocolate powder
- 1 tsp peanut cacao spread
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
- 1/2 cup coconut water
DIRECTIONS
- Blend until smooth.
- Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken. Add toppings and Enjoy!
