Maca Hemp Cacao Protein Bars
Maca Hemp Cacao Protein Bars using @natureswayoz organic maca, hemp protein powder and cacao powder. Enjoy this healthy vegan nourishing snack!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp of raw cacao powder @natureswayoz
- 2 tbsp of maca powder @natureswayoz
- 2 tbsp of Hemp protein powder @natureswayoz
- 4 tbsp of melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp of vanilla powder
- 2 tbsp of hemp seeds (optional)
- Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a food processor and blend. Then add the wet ingredients until it forms a sticky paste.
- Press down in a cake tin lined with baking paper and top with extra coconut.
- Keep in the fridge for one hour to set. Sprinkle with cacao nibs for added crunch!
