Chai, Chia (not, that's not a typo!) and Maca, our three dreamiest ingredients all come together to create this delicious way to start the day
Maca and Chai Spiced Chia Pudding
Chai spice mix
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 ½ tsp ground cardamom
1 ½ tsp ground ginger
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp ground cloves
½ tsp nutmeg
¼- ½ cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp @natureswayoz maca powder
1 sachet of sweetener
- Using 1 tsp of chai spice mix, add all ingredients to a large cup.
I suggest using 1 tsp of chai spice mix however feel free to add more for a more stronger flavour.
With the chia seeds, I prefer to use ¼ cup for a more liquid consistency compared to ½ cup which gives a more thicker consistency. Have a try and see what you like.
- Whisk the ingredients in the cup. Cover and store in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, top with berries and enjoy!
