Chocolate Chia and Baobab Bites
If you love chocolate, this SuperFoods recipe is a must try! Chocolate deliciousness with the added benefits of Cacao, Chia & Baobab.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cacao butter
- 6-7 tbs Nature’s Way Cacao Powder
- 1 tbs Nature’s Way Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey
- 1-2 tsp Nature’s Way Baobab + Camu and Acerola Powder
- 1/4 cup toasted shredded coconut
DIRECTIONS
- Place a heat resistant bowl over a pan 1/3 full of water.
- Bring the water to a gentle simmer. Place the cacao butter in the bowl and once melted add the Nature’s Way Cacao Powder, honey, Nature’s Way Baobab + Camu and Acerola Powder and gently stir for 2-3 min. Once all ingredients have dissolved, Remove from heat.
- Put a fry pan on a high heat for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add the coconut. Toss until lightly toasted. Add the coconut and Nature’s Way Chia Seeds to the chocolate mixture.
- Pour into moulds or ice cube moulds. Chill for 2 hrs
