30 Second Smoothie
Makes 3 cups
- 1 -2 Tbsp Super Cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp Super Chia Seeds
- 2 cups lite coconut milk (chilled)
- Ice cubes (approx. 8)
TIP: Got a sweet tooth? There are a range of natural sweeteners out there, but we like a bit of honey added the to 30 Second Smoothie if we are in the mood for something a little sweeter.
