7 – 12 months: 5 mg/day

1 – 3 years: 5 mg/day

4 – 8 years: 6 mg/day

Boys:

9 – 13 years: 9 mg/day

14 – 18 years: 10 mg/day

Girls:

9 – 18 years: 8mg/day
