What it is

Vitamin D – the sunshine vitamin – is produced nautrally when the skin is exposed to sunlight. It plays a big role in calcium absorption, muscle support, bone and teeth health, immune function and disgestive health! Vitamin D is great top up for those who don’t get much exposure to the sun.

Daily intake

Children aged 1 – 12: 5 micrograms/day
Children aged 13+: 5 microgramps/day
