Daily intake

Children aged 1 – 3: 0.5 mg/day
Children aged 4 – 8: 0.6 mg/day
Children aged 9 – 13: 0.9 mg/day

Boys aged 14-18: 1.3 mg/day
Girls aged 14 – 18: 1.1 mg/day
