Directions

Adults: Take 1 soft capsule daily with food. Pierce or squeeze into food if you have swallowing concerns. Swallow with a glass of water.

Ingredients

Each soft capsule contains:
Concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides 1.5g (1500mg)
Equivalent to:
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 540mg
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 360mg
