A balanced diet and sufficient intake of vitamins and minerals from food, is essential for children.
Children 1-3 years: 2.5mL (½ teaspoon) daily., or as advised by your healthcare professional.
Children 4-12 years: 5mL (1 teaspoon) daily or as advised by your healthcare professional.
Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening. Do not use if tamper evident seal is missing or broken.
If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
