Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 – 2 1⁄2 frozen bananas
  • 1⁄2 avocado
  • 1⁄4 cup raw or activated almonds 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 500 ml coconut water
  • 1–2 tablespoons raw Cacao Powder (depending on how much you love the taste of chocolate)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chuck everything into a blender and process until completely combined.
  2. Served chilled in a tall glass.
