The combination of avocado, pineapple and Super Spirulina not only gives you a huge nutrient boost, it also tastes great!
Tangy Spirulina Spread
- 1 tsp Nature’s Way Super Spirulina
- 1 avocado, diced
- ½ cup fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1/2 small red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (1 lemon), squeezed (or sub lime juice)
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Grounded black pepper and sea salt to taste
- A pinch of chili powder (optional)
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and stir until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Gently mash with a fork.
Serve on toast. If desired, serve with side of trimmed bacon or eggs.
