INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp Nature’s Way Super Spirulina
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ½ cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (1 lemon), squeezed (or sub lime juice)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • Grounded black pepper and sea salt to taste
  • A pinch of chili powder (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients into a bowl and stir until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Gently mash with a fork.

Serve on toast. If desired, serve with side of trimmed bacon or eggs.
