INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 medium sized apples
  • 1 small lemon or lime
  • 1 teaspoon Nature’s Way Super Spirulina

DIRECTIONS

Put the cucumber, apples, lemons and spirulina in a juicer or bullet blender to create a green juice or smoothie.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
