INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds 
  • 1 Tbsp psyllium husk 
  • 1 scoop Choc or cookies and cream protein powder
  • 2 tsp Super Greens & Cacao superfood powder 
  • 1 Tbsp  sugarfree drinking chocolate powder
  • 1 tsp  peanut cacao spread
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup coconut water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend until smooth.
  2. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken. Add toppings and Enjoy!
