INGREDIENTS

  • 16 fresh dates
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 2 teaspoons of Matcha Green Tea Powder
  • 2 teaspoons of Spirulina
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (to coat)
  • water to combine

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a food processor add enough water just to combine ingredients.

Roll into balls and coat in shredded coconut. Store in freezer.
