“Packaged snack bars can be full of refined sugars and artificial colours and sweeteners. This frozen chocolate bar treat can be broken into bite-sized pieces, which are the perfect size when you feel the need for something sweet. I LOVE one with an afternoon almond milk chai! Yew!”

  1. Place half a strawberry into each hole of a 14-hole, 1-tablespoon capacity ice-cube tray.
  2.  Whisk together the cacao powder, chia seeds, maple syrup and coconut oil until well combined and smooth. Spoon the mixture evenly over the strawberries in the ice-cube tray, making sure that they are all completely covered. Freeze for 1 hour or until set firm.
  3. Turn out onto a serving plate, break into pieces and serve.
