The Frozen Acai and Berry Smoothie tastes amazing and is quick to make . A quick, delicious and easy way to make a healthy liquid meal. Another great superfood recipe from Luke Hines & Scott Gooding.

Serves 1.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1⁄4 cup mint leaves
  • 1⁄2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp almond meal
  • 2 tbsp Nature’s Way Super Acai + Berry Powder
  • 1 tablespoon linseeds
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Pomegranate seeds, to garnish

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine all the ingredients, except the pomegranate seeds, in a blender with 1⁄2 cup of water and process until fully combined.

2. Serve chilled in a tall glass with pomegranate seeds to garnish.
