Melt 3 tablespoons of the coconut oil in a large pan on medium high heat. Add popping corn and cover with a lid. When corn starts popping, shake saucepan gently. Remove from heat when corn kernels have stopped popping. Transfer to a large bowl, discarding any un-popped corn.

Separately, melt remaining coconut oil in a small saucepan. Drizzle coconut oil over the popcorn, sprinkle with salt, and stir.
