Makes approx 24 balls.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup Super Coconut Oil
  • 1 cup shredded coconut flakes
  • 1 ½ cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup goji berries
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a good quality blender / food processor and combine until a consistent paste is formed.

Chill for 15 minutes or until firm enough to roll.

Roll 2 teaspoons of paste into balls and place on a tray lined with baking paper.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
