Nature’s Way Back Pain Relief helps alleviate aggravating back pain by reducing inflammation and tenderness, and increasing circulation. It also targets the actual cause of the pain.

Directions
Adults: Week 1 take two tablets 3 times daily for five days to break the pain cycle.
Ongoing pain relief maintenance take 1 tablet twice daily with food, or as directed by your health care professional. If pain does not respond, increase dosage to 3 or 4 tablets per day.

Warnings: Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
